Pros +
- Great layout and location.
- Clean, good facilities, near a lot of points of interest.
- Clean, spacious, lockers under beds for storing belongings. Friendly staff. Near the Taipei main station.
Cons -
- That you had to pay for towels, rooms can be noisy if people are in the halls.
- Should have provide rubber slippers for guests, so they can put their shoes outside. some of the guests have funky smell shoes (maybe mine too). Also the guest shouldn't be allowed to set loud alarms, one of them snoozed the alarm many times which was annoying.
- Bathrooms were ok

Bathrooms were ok
They have access by elevator. The location is central and very close to the train station. The common area is very big and a lot of space to work.
They don't offer much. Is very basic and the common area wasn't very clean especially the couch with couscin And other chairs were very very dirty.
The location was great. I like it.
The bed was big but I feel like it's not that durable. Everytime someone moves, you will automatically feel it. Maybe they can make more sturdy.
near and convenient
The bed is all connected when others move all over the bed is shaking like there was a quake. Noise can't sleep from others' phone rings and snore.
Location
First I got in to the Holland room with tulip on the door., one lady broke my little shiny stuff and throw it on my bed when I whet to shower.
A lot of really cool travelers here.
The top bunk is a bit awkward and I wish they had soap to wash your hands that wasn’t bar soap. Did I mention bush did 911?
Great location and comfy beds, good privacy.
The lobby could use some ventilation so when it was raining it smelled quite like feet at the entrance
strategic location
they need to clean the bathroom regularly and change the bed sheets.
Really good location, close to the main connection hub. Rooms were quite comfortable and provided a lot of privacy.
Not that much space to store luggage, but it's a general feature for hostels in Taiwan.
I paid the front desk cash when I checked in. After I check out they requests my credit card payments. They should have a better accounting system. I'm very upset. Duke is the male staff who received my cash.
Locations as okay
Absolutely no check in after 11pm and no one to call.“Youth” hostel is a joke. Mostly older 35-55 year old locals??? Almost no foreigners to connect with No social vibe at all.WiFi is terrible No towels provided or available at all.Would not stay here again
Overall clean. Staff is great. Bed is comfortable.
Not much space for luggage. I was unlucky : people kept coming and going all night. My bed space had used tissues in it.
The place is dark and old. the staff were grumpy, no towel, I had to go out to buy towel. the room was very small, no tea no coffee no kitchen.
The staff, the size of the room and no towel, I had to go and buy towel. No kitchen facility.
Fine
Rest rooms are not ok, no toiletres, no towels, etc
Location:- very accessible and convenient- just few steps from train station- national museum of taiwan is few steps away too- Ximendeng / rainbow road is within the vicinity, like 15mins walk- few convenience stores, restos/eateries, mall, etc. are within the vicinityRoom:- nice and cozy- pristine and spotlessCustomer Service:- very accommodating staff- when you're checked out already but still have a lot of time before your flight, they allow luggage storage for free
- they could have provided (if not sell) some basic essentials like disposable slippers, toothbrush, towel, etc.
The location near the train station is super convenient
This place is terrible. It's cramped, they squeeze so many beds into each dorm room, and the whole hostel has no windows so it feels stuffy and the air is damp and dirty. The staff are nice but speak almost no English. The lobby is cute but nobody is ever actually socializing. The wifi is terrible. The whole place seems weirdly full of elderly Taiwanese people, it seems like they live there, or maybe they are homeless? The bathroom is disgusting and has terrible drainage. The "kitchen" is unusable - no fridge and no utensils, not even a single spoon. The only thing that doesn't suck about this place is that there are outlets at each bed.
Location is good, near Main Station, but nothing around in the evening,
Only small storage in the room, no kitchen utility and in the whole hostel it was very cold for days. No heater or similar. Staff cannot speak English well. Common area is not inviting, and I have the feeling the offer some weird (local) people to stay! There are definitely some better hostels around!
Super comfortable beds and good room design and equipment.
